The argument here hinges on changing intelligence assessments in late 2016 and early 2017—and the use of the Steele dossier.

 

However, the documents don’t demonstrate an orchestrated coup or criminal conspiracy—they are just normal bureaucratic processes reacting to new data.

It is likely Obama and Hillary, and others including Comey, Brennan, Clapper and others are the ones growing desperate EXPONENTIALLY.
