it's lovely, but you need too much money to enjoy it though.  Buddy of mine moved back to LA, from HNL, as just too expensive ... nuff said.

 

Both were silly priced, and that was 25+ years ago.   A mechanic at NWA, so good salary, and still struggled.   He retired to Udon Thani also, and still there kicking
