I wear an N95 mask every day, all the time that I'm outside and in proximity to others.  I certainly have no problems breathing freely with my mask on, jogging is also no problem.

 

Actually, you always wear a mask  ?   But to console yourself I would advise you to wear a mask with a vent valve so you avoid blowing into the balloon. but I am no your doctor

It has a vent valve....  It's not a 25 baht mask 🙂
