IDF personnel have posted 100s of videos of themselves apparently committing war crimes, according to ICC legal experts. 🙂

Just one small collage.

No war exist that do not include collateral damage.

There is no collateral damage here. All damage inflicted is intentional.

Autumn night falls over the beach of Gaza

Planes are bombing, destruction, destruction

Look the IDF is crossing the line

In another year there will be nothing there

Within a year we will annihilate everyone

Very good exercise to keep his strength up in the face of the Jews starving him with their criminal starvation of Gaza. The Jew is starving because the Jews are not allowing food in. What should they do, teleport in a Sunday Roast hold the pork snags? 🙂

Food is being allowed in though .

2 million people in Gaza and just the one person is starving .

You support Muslim war criminals committing atrocities just like your Uncle Adolf did all those years ago

Taking hostages is a war crime , using starvation is a war crime .

Hamas released a video of a hostage being starved yesterday .

Why haven't the ICC taken any action against those actual REAL war crimes ?

If you are trying compare one soldier to thousands of children, you are a moral monster.

   You link says

the Israeli military and authorities have been charged with committing war crimes,

Once again , just charges with no proof of guilt .

BTW are the IDF targeting journalist ?

The Journalists  that aren't allowed into Gaza ?

We can hope the ICC are working on them, just as they are for the hundreds of IDF personnel posting videos of their war crimes. 🙂

OK, so there  aren't hundreds of videos posted by the IDF of actual war crimes .

  What You posted was untrue

ICC legal experts, or ASEAN Now Nick..... Whom to consider as likely correct....... 🙂

The problem is that you don't seem to know the difference between alleged and factual .

You don't know the difference between being charged with an offence and being found guilty of that offence .

Its all the same to you .

Being accused of an offence is proof they are guilty , according to you.

Thats where the problem is

You obviously don't understand what the words 'apparently' and 'likely' mean when I use them. 🙂

I'm not surprised. You didn't even know that Netanyahu had ICC warrants out for his arrest until I informed you last night. 🙂

No need to in that instance because the war crimes (wanton destruction of property and looting etc) are apparent to anyone watching it. We can presume you're not blind. 🙂

Are you claiming that Hamas didn't commit any war crimes on October 7th? 🙂

Destroying buildings to stop the enemy from using them isn't a war crime .

Looting would be theft, rather than a war crime

  Of course it does,

I was speaking generally .

Being charged with a crime doesn't make you guilty of that crime

Looting, also known as pillaging, is a war crime under international law. It is defined as the unlawful and wanton seizure of property during armed conflict, regardless of whether it is public or private, and whether it belongs to the enemy, civilians, or even the wounded, sick, or dead. This prohibition is enshrined in the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

🙂

What did the IDF loot ?

So it includes the accusation of terrorism.

Which is a bit of a problem when justifying bombing areas filled with civilians in order to kill a terrorist suspect.

I’m not at all sure what your italicized statement was referring to, perhaps something you imagined.

   Hamas are the enemy .

Israel are at war with Hamas .

Israel has the legal right to bomb Hamas

Hamas are not suspects, they are the enemy and legitimate targets

Jewry often defend Jewry no matter wrong they are, or how clueless they need to pretend to be to do so. 🙂

Probably part of why so many feel the world would be better off without them. 🙂
