Rage as Putin ally turns Trump's own insult against him: Tell him 'to watch his words!'

The explosive exchange began when Medvedev mockingly dismissed an ultimatum from Trump demanding Russia reach a Ukraine ceasefire within 10 days or face "debilitating secondary tariffs" on trading partners.

"Trump's playing the ultimatum game with Russia: 50 days or 10," Medvedev taunted on social media. "He should remember 2 things: 1. Russia isn't Israel or even Iran. 2. Each new ultimatum is a threat and a step towards war. Not between Russia and Ukraine, but with his own country. Don't go down the Sleepy Joe road!"

"Russia and the USA do almost no business together. Let's keep it that way, and tell Medvedev, the failed former President of Russia, who thinks he's still President, to watch his words. He's entering very dangerous territory!" Trump raged.

So, what will Donald do when the new 10 day deadline is up?

China buys 47% of Russia's  crude oil, India 38%, the EU 6%, Turkey 6%

The EU buys 51% of Russia's LNG, China 21% and Japan 18%

The EU buys 37%of Russia's pipeline gas, China 30% and Turkey 27%

Will Donald really slap massive tariffs on all these exports, and will that drive up the world price of crude oil, etc?

The attack dog Medvedev soon replied to Trump:

The escalating war of wards continued on Telegram, where an enraged Medvedev threatened Trump with a Cold War-era doomsday weapon known as the “Dead Hand” — a Russian nuclear system designed to automatically launch a retaliatory strike.

“If a few words from a former Russian president can cause such a nervous reaction from the supposedly powerful President of the United States, then clearly Russia is right about everything and will continue its own way,” Medvedev wrote in a post.

“And as for the ‘dead economies’ of India and Russia and ‘stepping into dangerous territory’ — well, let him recall his favorite movies about the ‘walking dead,’ as well as how dangerous the supposedly non-existent ‘Dead Hand’ can be,” he added.

Come on Donald, don't let the Russians disrespect you. Do something you're known for that makes the world tremble.

 A round of taco, perhaps?

Extend the 10 days to 100, that should solve the problem for a while.

Do you care what Medvedev says?    Are you a Putin supporter?

The entire so called connection between Trump and Russia was the product of the Clinton campaign and represents a treasonous attempt to maintain power. Any folks whose view of US Russia relations is based on that hoax and lie lives in a fantasy world.

Your answer to question 1 is partly. I think Putin uses him to make public comments Putin doesn't want to be held personally responsible for, an attack dog.

Question 2 : My posts in the Ukraine section of AN demonstrate my opinion of Putin.

The US will be okay, Trump will always back down to Putin.

The UK might get blown up, wouldn't take more than a few powerful nuclear bombs.

For the first time in over 15 years, the US has likely moved nuclear weapons to the UK in a pre-emptive action expecting a Russian threat, according to open-source data and military/defence analysts.

The US Air Force, on July 16, in a rare display of upholding NATO authority emitted signals through its transponder from its C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, which flew from Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico to RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk, England.

B61‑12 bombs likely delivered to boost NATO deterrent. Bombs like the B62-12 which hold thermonuclear gravity potential, possesses a capacity with yields which range from 0.3 to 50 kilotons.
