910C is comparable to H20 but it's the eco system. Companies are used to CUDA for development and switching to domestically developed CANN take time. Nvidia's most advanced chips Blackwell also have domestically developed equivalent Ascend 910B. Jensen Huang has accelerated development of Blackwell chips for Chinese market but I am sure that will also have backdoors and China will reject it for government projects. As per private companies, it will take time to switch from CUDA to CANNN. Basically, US companies will lose revenues in the long term as Chinese companies fully integrate in to their local eco system. Using "national security" ruse will not thwart China's progress. It will only affect US companies revenues. That's what exactly China was saying since the Chip War started.
