You need to source quotes. If I remember correctly this is a couple of years old. Thing is he won't give up territory. The other thing is Putin's troops continue to take territory.

Very slowly. An increase of 1 percent in 1000 days at a massive cost in Russian lives although of course genocidal dictator Putin doesn't care about even Russian lives.

Not sure how many times I need to say this. It's a war of attrition not a war of manouver. In attritional war gaining territory is not the prime objective. Attriting the enemy is. As for a massive cost to Russian lives so it also is for Ukrainians. In terms of attritional war the Russian gains in this summer offensive is significant especially on the eastern front.

In your opinion what constitutes a genocidal dictator definition to be used instead of President Putin???

I see pretty much a conventional war.  Lives are lost on both sides.  Civilian casualties will always happen.    War’s Hell.

Is Putin rounding up Jews (or others ) loading them into cattle cars and off to the ovens?  Haven’t seen that .  Have you?

Using your logic T. Roosevelt,  FDR, Truman, Eisenhower, Johnson ,  Nixon , Clinton and Bush would all fall under your title of “Genocidal Dictator “ for sending their troops off to war.

Stop spreading your false propaganda or else you may receive a stern lecture from @BarraMarra.  The content Police Chief.

Can you post the proof of your so called propaganda?

It is propaganda when only the propagandist country  use one sided information and misrepresent the facts to influence people like you while the rest of the world disagree.

Zielinsky is not going to agree with anything because as soon as peace is declared he has to have an election which he will lose.

It's incredible what nonsense people can dream up...

Huh?  Say what?

Are you competing with Tug?  The other “highly educated “ leftist.

Anyway, I’ll make an attempt.

You’re trying to say @Jingthing is spreading propaganda and misinformation.

I agree with you 100%.

And yet, under his administration, military recruitment is meeting the goals they didn't meet under that past guy so focused on DEI...

Would that account for the (and I quote) "homosexual service members in supporting roles such as clerical and medical fields" that @ThreeCardMonte was referring to.

Was not significant.

On the other hand Ukraine's degradation of Russia's oil refinery capacity has been significant.

And you're repeating this nonsense, now in huge font. Screaming your ridiculous theories doesn't make them right.
The truth is Zelensky does want peace, but he doesn't want to lose 20% or more of his country to a deranged, maniacal dictator who places no value on human life. Right now, that seems to be the only path to peace, and it's understandable he's not interested.

Reading between the lines it's clear to me that Zelinsky would accept this kind of deal:

Current lines frozen

No official recognition that occupied lands are Russia but an informal acceptance of current reality

No gifting of demanded land that Russia has not occupied

Return of stolen children

Security guarantees with zero Russian involvement or veto power that are significantly more robust than the broken Budapest memorandum

No acceptance of never NATO. Possibly a time limited ban such as 20 years

Probably no demand for reparations from Russia or war crimes trials even though that is well deserved

Such a deal would obviously involve a new Ukrainian election which Zelensky would probably win if he runs, but not sure that there would be a good reason for him to run at that point. His job would have been done and he's not in this war for regime survival as is genocidal war criminal dictator Putin.

Of course, Russia is very far from agreeing to that kind of compromise. So the war will go on.
