Anyone having recent problems ordering supplements from iHerb?

For about a month now, when entering iherb.com it redirected to th.iherb.com and would get a server error.  Then that problem was fixed for a short period, reoccurred and now seems to be fixed again.  However,  when I had to use a VPN to get access before, I was not able to add items to the order basket, which then got resolved, but now the system will not accept any of the Visa cards I have.  And that includes the card I used to place an order a week ago.  I had a coupon for a 29% that expired and am not trying them to honor the discount of items I had in my basket as the cards I attempted to place the order were valid and the problem is with their payment processor.

 

Basically, I have been a customer with iHerb for over 15 years and it has been mostly a good experience with few problems but lately trying to order products has turned into a nightmare.  I don't think these problems could only be just with me so I'm curious if others have also been having trouble either accessing their website or ordering supplements.  Let me know if it's just me or others living here in Thailand.  Thanks
