A massive sinkhole in Bangkok engulfed vehicles and utility poles, causing a significant disruption in the area. The 15-meter-deep sinkhole, located in front of Vajira Hospital, consumed two vehicles, including a car belonging to traffic police lieutenant Ratchawit Sitthichok and a police tow truck. Despite the incident, Pol Lt Ratchawit continued directing traffic, prioritizing public safety over personal loss.

Thanwa “Fluke” Thong-iam, accompanied by Kalamae, travels over 800 meters each morning and afternoon, becoming a beloved fixture in the Khao Yoi district. Real Estate Heir Arrested for Alleged Assault on Driver

Thanat Thanakitamnuay, a 33-year-old heir to a prominent real estate empire, surrendered to the Bang Lamung police after an arrest warrant was issued for allegedly assaulting a driver. The incident took place on July 5 in Pattaya when Thanat allegedly attacked Chalongchai, a 43-year-old hired driver, leaving him injured and bleeding. Police detained Thanat after his surrender, with his lawyer acknowledging partial compensation for the victim.
