I won't tell you what you should do or not. But to qualify for a retirement "non O" extension you need "over 200000" means 25000, at least.

 

As far as I am concerned, anything "less" than yearly extensions would mean a long life of misery and IO victimisation.

 

Is 'she' a US or Thai national, and are you legally married?

Both non Thai? 

Married? 

Both over 50? 

Have Thai bank account? 

Have income that can support ongoing stay?
