  • Why are you so stubborn about your opinion? My router is installed by 3BB on loan, and only 3BB has access to the settings. And no: there is no label under the router that contains user data.

  • You do have a Username and password... If its all beyond you and you aren't willing to learn, then perhaps you should forget about it.

  • The personal attacks here are going too far. Anyone who doesn't know that service providers sometimes don't want to disclose the necessary data should not claim here that “you have access data.”

@thpitsch You seem have a REALLY bad attitude problem. You should get some help with that or it will ruin you.

You have had help from many people, including a link to people with the same router as yours. But yet you state that no one has helped you.

That's not normal. Your mum isn't here with you. So if strangers help you, you should show gratitude.

How can it be that every other poster here seems to think that you have a very poor attitude? Is everyone but you the bad person?

Sort it out...it's not an attractive trait.

Where do you see my bad attitude? I only said that I didn't have an access code. I simply don't have one.

@thpitsch Are you sure that they understood your question? Did you address your question to the people with the same router as you and ask them about the username and password they utilised or are they all technicians who work for 3BB?

I'm not going to bother to reply to your latest post, as I would have thought that self evident. Let's not dwell on that, rather to find a solution.

I guess your question got lost in the translation. Did you ask them how to change your WiFi password?

It seems they are replying about something else. Can you imagine having to call a technician in order to change the WiFi password? Then he will know it. That's really nonsense. Having a username and password for an ISP router, is the norm.

Okay, I can see your question there. Waaaay too complicated. Keep it simple. How do I change my WiFi password? You only need that username and password for now.

You've been asked more than once about the manual. Where is it?

Once you get the manual/username and password, you can look into the function: One Click Family Sharing. Not all of their products advertise this function, which is likely used in conjunction with a NAS. What functions does their ZLife application control?

Don't you get it? There is no manual, no username, no password.

Of course there is, it's just you haven't found it yet.

Try username admin with password 3bb or aisadmin

Check any paperwork the installation guy left as if he changed the password from the default he might have recorded it there.

Do a factory reset and try all the suggestions on this thread again.

A factory reset is too drastic for me. Then I wouldn't even have internet access, because this data is also held in the router and I don't know what it is.

I don't know how it works with other service providers, but AIS/3BB does not disclose this data.

How are you getting on @thpitsch? I'm sure these things can seem frustrating. But it is really is the norm to have a username and password for consumers to the Router GUI. The problem seems to be that you are asking them for something else and making it confusing for everyone concerned.

Keep it simple as suggested. Asking how to change your WiFi password should get you the desired result of getting into the GUI.

There is another level of Sign In for the 3BB Techs(SuperUser/Super Admin) but you don't need to concern yourself about that at this stage. You just want the normal log in details for consumers. Please do not complicate the situation by asking for anything else. If you ask about the Media Folders and they don't know what you are talking about, then you'll get nothing or a misdirected reply.

@thpitsch You are WRONG. You are confusing them by asking the wrong questions. Why are you stubbornly not listening and only drawing your own incorrect conclusions.

Do you think that you are the only 3BB user on the forum? Username and Password for Routers, are the norm.

Have you actually told them that you need/want to change your WiFi password? Do you have an explanation as to why the people on the Facebook link are showing their Router GUI?

@treetops: After this clear explanation, I actually managed to do it. admin/aisadmin worked. Thank you.
Now I'm going to look for a detailed manual.
