As you might have noticed Queen Mother Sirikit has passed away.

In the respecting thread there is a 15 day mourning period announced with quite strict rules though not clear to me in detail.

Sounds like Loy Krathong will be a no event.

I myself will try to postpone my planned stay from Nov 2 in fun city.
