I bought it at 123 B in august.

 

Someone is p-ssed us farang don't want their "bread" anymore and baking our own.

What is a good alternative with low sugar ?

That's the only one I used.   Tried Eagle brand, and it had no flavor at all.

 

That's a silly price increase.  We paid same as you, last 2 we bought.  Still have a whole one in the freezer, and finishing up the other in couple months.  

 

I see some vendors with normal pricing 135-150, but 'out of stock'

I haven't tried any other yeast, other than red.   At most, I'll add 15gr of sugar to 525gr of dry ingredients, so less than 3%.

 

Not sure how the other yeast would work, as I think they prefer 10% or more :w00t:

I guess best to do is wait. I still have some , but wanted to order more.
