Please asking for a friend and have been twice to this event in Kanchanaburi in November to early December.
Can anyone tell me the dates?
Also, he wants quite a lot and I remember queuing up and paid.

He is staying in Kanchanaburi and presumably his hotel can arrange this or TAT Kanchanaburi.
