Farage and 'Reform' - a puff of wind ??

Featured Replies

It's MO that Farage IS a 'puff of wind'. A product of widespread dissatisfaction with the UK's financial realities and the rampant appetite to criticise that is dominant these days, what is best called 'anti-incumbency'. Once the Labour Govt. in Britain has been hounded into history, the force of 'Anti-I' will be applied to whoever is called on to sort the British political rabble. BTW, Labour have made some horrendous errors and I'm not attempting to defend them !

One for the weekend - as I said, IMO, Reform and Farage are a puff of wind . . . . I may have to eat my words one day, but mai pen lai.

Did you notice these two recent reports ? These Clowns should not be taken seriously. Can you really trust this crew ?

""Nigel Farage has denied – albeit through a spokesperson – that he ever said anything racist or antisemitic when he was a teenager. The Guardian has spoken to 20 of his contemporaries while at Dulwich College in south London who say otherwise – more than half of them on the record. So, who is telling the truth? That has become the crux of the row that has engulfed the leader of Reform UK.""

Quote no. 1 of 18 "[Farage] would sidle up to me and growl: ‘Hitler was right’ or ‘gas them’, sometimes adding a long hiss to simulate the sound of the gas showers […] I’d never experienced antisemitism growing up, so the first time that this vicious verbal abuse came out of Farage’s mouth was deeply shocking. But I wasn’t his only target. I’d hear him calling other students ‘<deleted>’ or ‘<deleted>’, and urging them to ‘go home’."

Quote no. 3 of 18 "Farage used to say things like ‘Hitler was right’ and ‘gas em’, you know, that sort of thing. But he also used to sing this song, which I later discovered was based on George Formby’s Bless Them All.

“He had a whole load of ‘lyrics’ on this which are pretty awful. I can remember it verbatim: ‘Gas em all, gas em all, into the chambers they crawl. We’ll gas all the paks, and we’ll gas all the yids, and we’ll gas all the coons and all their <deleted> kids." ""

""A Ukrainian official called a Reform politician “perfect” for accepting bribes to promote Russian interests in the European Parliament.

Nathan Gill, Reform UK’s former leader in Wales, has been sentenced to 10-and-a-half years in prison after admitting accepting bribes for television appearances and speeches.

Gill, a former Mormon bishop and father of five from Anglesey, was offered at least £40,000 for sharing pro-Russian sentiments at the behest of a close ally of Vladimir Putin between 2018 and 2019.

At the time, he was a prominent Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for Ukip representing Wales, and later went on to join Nigel Farage at Reform UK. He pleaded guilty to eight counts of bribery in September.

Sentencing him at the Old Bailey on Friday, Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb described his actions as a “grave betrayal” of voters’ trust that caused “corrosive damage” to public life.""

These aberrations are not the first ! These are the People you see as saving our Nation ??? Should Reform ever get into Govt., we'll be anti-Reform shortly after.

Have a bet on your theories, and lose your money
