Trump Threatens Biden With Perjury As Autopen Row Explodes

 

President Donald Trump has detonated a political firestorm, declaring he is canceling nearly all of Joe Biden’s executive orders—claiming they were signed illegally using an autopen operated by staff without Biden’s approval.

In a blistering Truth Social post, Trump insisted that “92%” of Biden’s official documents were not valid because they were supposedly not personally signed. He branded Biden “Sleepy Joe” and “Crooked Joe,” accusing aides of running the White House “around the beautiful Resolute Desk” while Biden was allegedly sidelined.

 

Trump pushed the confrontation even further:
“If he says he approved these signatures, he will be brought up on charges of perjury.”

The former president’s declaration hinges on whether Biden knowingly authorised the autopen. Biden denies Trump’s accusations outright, and—crucially—there is zero evidence that autopen signatures were ever used without presidential approval.

 

The tool has been standard for decades. Presidents from Truman to Kennedy to Obama used it, and Trump himself admitted to using the autopen for “unimportant papers.” Despite this, Trump’s allies have turned Biden’s autopen usage into a political cudgel, calling it “one of the greatest scandals in U.S. history” in a GOP report that produced no evidence of wrongdoing.

Republicans have now sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi demanding a federal investigation. Democrats blasted the move as a partisan stunt, calling the probe a “sham” and accusing Republicans of chasing conspiracy theories instead of addressing the government shutdown.

 

Biden maintains he approved every action taken in his name, dismissing Trump’s claims as “ridiculous and false.”

Trump obviously has no idea of what kind of problems that is going

to cause , 

Trump sits there with his sharpie signing anything that is put in front of him,

never ever seen him read one before putting pen to paper, some guy tells him

what he is supposed to be signing , BUT it could be anything ,as he never reads

what he is signing.

 

While his latest pardon is for ex president of Nicaragua doing 24 years for

involvement in  the drug business ,only been in prison for 1 year ,why would

he do that , ?

It is quite obvious that old demented Joe had no idea what he was doing or signing toward the end of his presidency. I do not believe old Joe could even remember his name much less sign it on a legal document. Good for President Trump to threaten old Joe with perjury.
