No wonder they are obsessed about Trump...they have no life !

Some of them bring Trump comments into posts that have absolutely nothing to do with politics

And now you folks know why ....a lousy 2 weeks a year holiday !!!

And only Americans who are either living outside of America or who are not bogged down by partisan nonsense, are willing to admit how low the quality of life is there.

The greatest country in the world? I don't think so, not by a wide margin.

Biggest economy yes. Largest military yes.

One of the highest costs of living yes.

Overinflated prices for everything yes.

Ridiculously unaffordable housing yes.

Healthcare costs that are out of control yes. Unfriendly and unapproachable women on the younger and more attractive side, yes.

High quality of life? Absolutely not, unless you are quite wealthy, and even then it's quite debatable.

A relatively miserable sinking ship is what America is today.

Disagree, and the quality of life in USA is what you make it, just like everywhere.  More than enough opportunities for 'everyone' to have what ever they put in the effort to have.

Greatest country ... there isn't one

Cost of living is manageable out of the large metros

Mostly healthcare is the only over inflated item

If I am honest, I needed to ask a Thai question, so I quickly joined TVF, password, the first thing that came into my head was 'transam', because I owned a Pontiac Trans Am.

Later I did ask admin if I could change the spelling, they said no, I will lose everything, so I stuck with it.....

If you look at my profile page you will see my ol' Trans Am, my avatar has been a TA or the engine bay.........😉

I didn’t think liberals were allowed to own cars like that.

I don’t think Greta Thunberg would approve.

But wages are poor I heard

Do they get "double time" working Sundays ?

And extra pay for night shift

But at least they can retire at 62

you heard ... :cheesy:

One can retire anytime they want.   I chose 45, but if wanting and motivated, maybe 30.   But I wanted to squeeze in as much Sex, Drugs and R&R as I could, in case I killed myself before 45 :coffee1:
