Etihad business class

Featured Replies

Anyone that has experience with Etihad business class.

I'm looking for a flight next year and Qatar, which I used earlier this year, is slightly over 3000 euro.

Etihad on the same dates is 1900 euro, and travelling time is about similar.

That's a huge difference of course, so if someone has experience with them, I would appreciate to get your feedback.

I like their business class better than Qatar's.

Done both several times.

But it's very subjective.

Main difference for me is the lounge,  I like the new lounge in Abu Dhabi a lot. Not crowded, nice view, and places where I can actually do something.

In Doha, you can eat better,  but after 5 meals or so, I am kind of full.

Be careful when you book: Etihad sells some kind of business light with lots of unusual restrictions,  like no lounge access or no changes of date

Thanks for the reply.

The same applies to Qatar. The 3000 Euro ticket doesn't include lounge access.

But even then, with 1000 Euro I can buy my own drinks at the airport 🙂
