Damn, come on mate, too much cannabis has affected your ability to comprehend.

I don't use Cannabis and i didn't reply to his question. Alcohol affected your ability to comprehend? You drink alcohol, don't you? Kills your brain cells.

Indeed I would categorise a 'brain dead Troll' as someone who is unable to hold a cogent and reasonable dialogue or conversation. I'm ready when you are, if you are able.

Trolling about what ? Is smoking weed some special club ya’l in … I smoke from time to time but I’m not some mad gatekeeper around it . I hope they do keep it legalised but It does it needs more regulation not because of the drug itself but the idiots it attracts (esp from my country) who come here and get involved in the export industry . Oh and geezers with top knots should all be expelled but that about it.  Chill out

But I am replying as I am ready to have an intelligent and reasoned conversation. Are you able to do so or are you just a 'brain dead Troll'?

I don't smoke at all. I'm just wondering why you are Trolling the thread. Do you have some kind of disability?

which is more than can be said for many "normal" clinics

At least the one where I've been getting the 'medical certificate' for drivers license renewals has very high standard as they can assess my health by looking more at the 150 baht than me.

Don't expect these licensed ganja clinics to have standards anything less than that. Laser sharp diagnosis of ailments that ganja can cure. Even without lights on.

Oh we are already on that level of defensiveness…grammar criticism , should I edit it for you or can you not work it out ….

Heads should roll over this, and the consequences should be enormous. This kind of betrayal on the part of the government should never be forgotten and the current administration should be held responsible, and its members punished.

Advocating violence against the Thai government now too?

Where did I mention grammar? Are you experiencing hallucinations?  Have you taken Meth or something? You seem a bit hyperactive.

Omg yeh yeh I’m a troll no one engage with me …..end dialogue he’s a troll ….that old chestnut . I think I’m prob right about most people here in this thread are recent additions to Thailand since the legalisation of weed.  You can just tell by the sensitivity.

First arrived thirty years ago. You fit the mould of another brain dead Troll who thinks he knows it all, but in reality knows nothing at all. Ciao...you aren't capable of intelligent dialogue.

No. Not good for my lungs. Tried edibles for a injury that I had a while back. Really helped. Also know others whom it helped. So just wondering why brain dead idiots are derailing the thread with their inane behaviour. Just an embarrassment to themselves and anyone who might know them.

Right so there’s my answer after all the attacks and negative labels thrown at me like I’m disabled or a meth head you managed to come full circle . Thanks for the eventual response . Wasn’t derailing the thread , I’m an ex grower of plus 20 years and like to smoke occasionally. I was just trying to point out the negative sides of legalisation, like some the types now coming here.   Anyway take care and I hope self medication with cannabis works out for you .

If you were able to read and comprehend, you might have understood that it already helped. Injury was in the past and already healed. Thank you for your concern.

if you want to be taken seriously, then write seriously.

You are very wrong, it was only ever legalised for medicinal purposes...

It’s a shame these days with little tolerance for anyone who deviates from our own righteous, precious norms of how to behave, what to do etc.  Yes, we should all conform like robots, non smoking, non drinking (except for water), quiet well-behaved little robots.

Cannabis (I do t use it FYI), does have a role in calming anxiousness, relaxation etc.  We are adults and can decide when it’s necessary to go to a doctor or not, so leave people alone.

smoking cigarettes too, nicotine has its good side too; for concentration and its dopamine effect.

Vaping, also a nicotine delivery system does the same, but with LESS harmful consequences, since there is not burning/combustion included, quite hypocritical to allow smoking but not vaping.

These latter two so called vices can irritate people who don’t use it because of the smell, that’s why smoking areas were created and should be adhered to.

Drinking alcohol in excess is also annoying to others, since it causes behavioural changes and often not pleasant ones.

could we please stop judging people, each individual is different, each has his own “story” to tell.  We are not robots as much as some governments would like to make us such.  But for those of us/them who use substances that can be irritating to others, why not quietly do so in designated areas.
The problem arises when some “do-gooder” thinks this isn’t enough!  It should be prohibited, because it doesn’t fit into their norm of what one should be doing or not,  where the problems arise.

Scorning people because they eat too much, drink too much, smoke, vape use Cannabis becomes an obsession.  Their lives are made up of little boxes where each puzzle of life must fit in neatly. They simply can’t just live and breathe.  I think it’s also a bit of fear involved, “am I missing something”, or maybe just a dislike of someone not fitting in to a wishful society pattern?  Why it should be so bothersome beats me!
Every human is somewhat different, in chemical make-up, in appearance, in life experiences, there is  no “one size fits all”, as much as many seems to think it should be.

There are chemical smells everywhere, from annoying “room sanitisers”, cars, chlorine in pools (yes necessary), leaking sewerage systems, pesticides, alcohol wipes everywhere - and yes these too are caused by humans but meet very less noisy complaints.   Could we please exercise a little more tolerance for what’s “outside our personal boxes”?

Mate, in your twisted mind  how did you come to that conclusion, all I asked is what "violence."

This is a smart decision. It should have been implemented from the start in 2022 to prevent many issues.

There seems to be a misconception amongst the anti cannabis brigade that every single thread about weed is an opportunity for them to vent their angst, outrage , horror and fears regarding cannabis and those who indulge.

Every single thread consequently descends into a slanging match,  This thread is purely about some possible changes to the legislation not the pros and cons of cannabis use

Ok I get it some people just don't approve, but that is not our problem, they of course know that nothing any of them say will cause even one of us to change our minds I don't even think that is their aim. which appears to be to simply derail the thread with their trolling and insults,

Why can they not just start a thread of their own " i hate weed because"  sort of thing instead of spoiling things for others

If it was any other subject I think the mods  would get involved as indeed they should.

Cannabis has been very good for this forum over the past 3 years, and I think those that indulge  deserve the same courtesy as any other forum users. we certainly do not need to be subject to unregulated trolling by the same small group of people on every single thread

Ho hum..I don't care what people do behind their own doors, but I do care what they do in public, keep their habit to themselves, don't drive or use any machinery that can harm anyone, or cause inconvenience, if they eant to use it, and harm themselves, I don't care.

Do you understand.

even if they do it in public 100km away from you?

If you bothered to ask you would find out that 99.9% of members here who indulge, do so responsibly and discreetly

I personally do not like the smell of alcohol or the way it affects people but I don't waste my time on here whingeing about it.

However in the interests of fairness and the common good , should licensed premises selling alcohol not have a team of medical professionals on standby  I heard it was not a very healthy habit and quite addictive too

The Thai public health care system is already under severe stress - serious professional staff shortages and grave financial stress - where are the "certified medical professionals" going to come from?

The aroma therapy online college,   complete with their own crystals,  its irrelevant really

Think about it for a second or two   "medical professionals"  who will most likely never have smoked in their lives offering what I assume will be guidance and advice as well as prescriptions to seasoned users for mythical ailments       which results in people smoking lol

how ridiculous and surreal  is that

I gave you the quote. Thats your answer. If I was a spy for the Thai government here thats the way I would read it.
