"Shelter" is a 2026 action thriller starring Jason Statham...The girl, Bodhi Rae Breathnach is a young Irish-English actress, was very good in this movie.Oddly, this movie came up in my YouTube feed, offered for free. I'd already seen it but I did watch part of another one called Rogue Assassin, which starred Jason Statham and Jet li, which I'd never heard of before. Looks like a Chinese movie, though it's mostly in English and subtitles are available. Jet Li plays an assassin killing off Yakuza and Satham's in charge of tracking him down. Bullets, bombs, and Kung Fu.
March 9Mar 9 The last season of Outlander has launched. The gang is back from Scotland and living on the Ridge again, where Ian has built them a veritable mansion in his spare time. In the opening scene, Claire stabs a smuggler to death who she believes killed a daughter she thought had died back in France. I can't count how many people this family has killed. I guess things really were different back in the 18th century.
March 9Mar 9 Dropping now.A comedy revolving around an author's intricate bond with his daughter, set against the backdrop of a college campus.

IMO what made Ronin so popular is the coffee cup scene, as it would not be unusual to have a farang guy tell you he was a mercenary/SAS/CIA etc. It became my space-out movie for a while, just toke up and watch a bunch of cars smashing up European produce markets, and Natasha looking good. Before I saw it the only thing I knew about Arle was Van Gogh.Don't sweat the kess, it was just the MacGuffin -- DeNiro owns up when he says "we just want your boss."
March 10Mar 10 I,ve been waiting for this one. Dropping now:https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1341338/Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't DieA "Man From the Future" arrives at a diner in Los Angeles where he must recruit the precise combination of disgruntled patrons to join him on a one-night quest to save the world from the terminal threat of a rogue artificial intelligence.
March 11Mar 11 Popular Post The first season of Ellis was excellent acting (I dont say that about many crime shows 'you can still get the first season 4 episodes PB etcEllis 6 episodes --all out--- Acorn tv (---ch 5) IMDB 7.5Blurb---Ellis will follow DCI Ellis, a tenacious cop who is parachuted into failing investigations. Each two-hour episode sees Ellis – accompanied by her right-hand man DS Harper, arrive at a different police station, where she will have to win over the local detectives and immerse herself in the cases she has come to solve. As a black female cop, Ellis is used to being dismissed and overlooked, but she is a first-class murder detective, with a determination for justice and a deep well of compassion for those who need it.
March 11Mar 11 Last night I watched the movie, "In the Blink of an Eye" and once I got into it, I was hooked as the saying goes, and although the final/ending was a bit confusing, overall I enjoyed it and although probably dangerous to say this on AN, it gave me another perspective on living, life and "evolution" – – there you go, I've said it!!

March 12Mar 12 Atropiaper IMDB: Follows an aspiring actress working on a U.S. military base that simulates an Iraqi war zone. One absurdity piles on to another, with a lot of subtle remarks that had me laughing out loud. US vets may get more out of this than the rest of us.Currently watching Shock and Awe (Rob Reiner directed), about the press covering the US wars following the 9/11 attacks. Yet another political suspense movie so topical you just might slip a few times and think they are talking about what is happening now: "we are not stenographers for the administration."

March 14Mar 14 13 minutes ago, Leopold Bloom said:In what sense is No Country for Old Men a "western"?Well, it's the used as the first example of the sub-genre when you search "Neo Western Definition".Perhaps the better question would be "In what sense is No Country for Old Men not a "western"?A neo-Western isa subgenre that applies traditional Western themes—such as justice, revenge, and rugged individualism—to a modern-day setting, usually the American West. These films/series, which include examples like No Country for Old Men, Logan, and Yellowstone, replace horses with cars and frontier law with contemporary moral ambiguity.
