He clearly was drawing his gun before and it was out of the holster before she was moving foward.

Clearly seeing her wheels turned to the right in the video also. You can even see her turning the steering in the video prior to moving.

He and the other ICE officers had no jurisdiction or directive to get involved in this situation based on their own SOP, training and regulations. They are not police have no authority to stop a vehicle for traffic issues and without a warrant have no lawful right to even attempt to detain or remove her from the vehicle. Be a man for once and admit your wrong.

You keep going on about the car, the positioning of the ICE agent and the hitting of the said agent. So what about the legality of it all and the laws involved (as stated in my previous post):

1) officers are not allowed to fire into a moving vehicle 2) lethal force is not allowed to prevent someone from fleeing 3) an officer cannot accidentally place himself in front of a vehicle and then allege self defense.

Any thoughts in your infinite wisdom?
