A good cut of meat in Thailand: Possible?

Fine.

But, of course, this was not the question.

THE QUESTION IS: Are these birds...

ROSS 308

COBB

HUBBARD

or

What other varieties?

Are these breeds identifiable from packaging?

For example: This ARO brand. What is it, specifically. How does this compare to the stuff which shows the CP label?

And, I really wonder:

Why is it just SO DIFFICULT to get a straight answer on this thread, anyway? The TOPIC is clear enough, one might imagine.

I think these old birds suffer from WOODY BREAST.....BIG TIME....!!!!

But, I don't know why.

I did answer your question. You asked about brands, not breeds.

I'm not quite sure what part of "most of the chicken sold in Thai stores and markets is CP" you don't understand.

It was a very clear answer.

It's not the chicken, it's you. No one deep fries chicken breast, are you insane? You don't know what you are doing. Maybe you should head back to Taiwan to see if it works for you there. The result w

    a. I might be insane, but THIS is not the Topic, here. b. All you need to do is go to the back gate of CMU. You will see someone deep frying hundreds of chicken breasts, every afternoon and evening

Are you implying that I am so inept that, even a Kobe beef dish, I could ruin? Also, if I tried to train the Thai cook that cooks for me, it might cause offense. All I know is that when I buy one br

Is the chicken sold under the ARO brand the same as sold under the CP brand?

Exactly the same?

Simple question.

As I explained, Makro is owned by CP. Now, who do you think supplies the chicken for Makro?

And you complained, incorrectly, about not getting straight answers. 🤣🤣🤣

Unless you think ARO has it's own farms & processing plants for all they sell under the ARO brand, then it's just rebranded products, all, from other producers. Probably from all major known brand names, with different name on packaging. Food items and dry goods.

I use to work at a 'Flux' factory, and I put the exact same batch of flux I mixed, in 5 different labeled containers, out of the same batch I mixed. They'd all sit next to each other at the stores, at different price points. With the factory's brand being the most expensive. Some brands were subcontracted for other 'known' brands, and others, just a dupe of original, with new label. But all, have the exact same ingredients.

Yes!!!

It is a wellknown factoid that....

Staying on Topic is always a major challenge for someone such as I.

I guess: One cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Or, at least this truism is particularly true...in my case.

Maybe not but one can make a good, tasty meal from Thai chicken and pork quite easily, with the right know-how.

Gee....Gee.....

I wish I had a good piece of meat, about now...

Maybe a hunk of succulent lamb, such as...
We used to get in DaLian, China.

With a sprinkling of: cumin seeds (孜然, zīrán)

Hard to get a softer piece outside of Dalian.

I wish I could return,

Just for another piece such as I had when I was younger.
