Good morning everyone....I will be obtaining a re-entry visa within the next couple of weeks at Jomtien immigration and just wondered if any of the criteria had changed since i obtained one last year. I have uploaded a screen shot of the criteria I have on file, just wondered if there were any additional forms like the stm9 and stm11 needed as well now. Also the TM8 form is on two pages, will they accept if I use front and back and just print on one sheet of paper or will they want two separate sheets.

BTW: you can obtain reentry permit at airport on day of departure.

Optional 200b service fee where io does the form + photo.
