The siege of Sarajevo, spanning from April 1992 to February 1996, remains the longest blockade of a capital city in modern warfare, with over 10,000 people killed during the 1,425-day conflict. Licanin's testimony aligns with ongoing investigations by Italian authorities into the involvement of Italian hunters in these alleged atrocities.

Joining the war in 1993, Licanin aligned with Bosnian Serb forces amid rising ethnic tensions. He served alongside a Serb militia led by Slavko Aleksic, whom he described as allowing snipers to choose their targets indiscriminately, contributing to the chaos.

Not surprising. When you see all the top level perversion and psycopaths in western nations, at the high society levels in the Epstein files...nothing more can surprise me when it's those on the top who are involved.

It's not only western but worldwide. Asian countries also have their share of narcissistic sociopaths who's only agenda is to exploit the earth, use humans, and profit by other's losses. The problem there, is if you talk, you disappear.

Well Epstein and one of his main pimps in France did somewhat "disappear"...or were helped to do so...find it very very hard to belive that a narcissist megalomaniac as Epstein would be prone to commit suicide out of guilt or shame...

I've been thinking he was made to disappear so others wouldn't go down with him. He might also have taken his own life, seeing he would go from doing whatever he wanted with whomever he wanted (in his mind), to having nothing but 3 hots and a cot.

If I was in his place, I would have put all the dirty secrets and proof, on usb keys and left copies all over the world with trustees, who would be clearly instructed to make it go public if anything happened to me. What I do like is that some of these lunatics are caught and brought to justice. if only the other 95% would be. Women aren't as afraid these days to talk about what these types have done to them, although it's still hard as they are made to look like liars and there are some that do it for profit, especially if they see others coming forward.

Problem is that women in power tend to be worse then men, in other situations. Yet not rare to find women pedophiles now. It's often a matter of power and not really a matter of gender.,.or also a fact that now, news travels fast and anybody is free to post what comes to their knowledge. The French led UNPROFOR forces closed down one such operation "kinetically" over several nights - some classic reconnaissance patrols and covert observation posts followed by a quite vicious fighting patrol/ambush.

The non French troops in UNPRFOR were encouraged to "look the other way".

I find this allegation far fetched . No British tourist would have gone to that region during a war situation. If there is any truth in this the most likely is that all those participants were mercenaries.

Any real evidence or more of modern media's "someone close to the matter said", "it is alleged", etc. Often, a journo (are they really these days?) will say the most outlandish BS to get his/her story sold.

In 1989, I began high school in Belgrade. At the time life still felt relatively calm and peaceful, but by 1991 I started hearing unsettling stories from a friend from elementary school who had dropped out of high school and gone straight into the military. He was boasting about killing pregnant women and grannies with bazooka. He later became one of the leading criminals in Belgrade and was one of Arkan's bodyguards. I am pretty sure I heard some of these stories from him about foreigners being in Serbian (para)military, but i can't remember the details. There was a lot of ugly going on and I can'tremember all the details.

The day after I saw uncensored footage of the Sarajevo market slaughter on the news and listened to the presenters casually accuse the Bosnian government of bombing its own civilians I realized how completely fabricated everything is. That was my first introduction to fake news at 17.

And why did I think it was fake news? Because just like with Ukraine and Russia we were all one country and spoke the same language. I actually had uncles and aunts living in Bosnia which i visited regularly. Fortunately I had another aunt in Canada and she saved us from this nonsense.

There were some very strange characters mincing around Bosnia - the borders were rather porous! There were several magazines being published in the UK aimed at the "Soldiers of Fortune" market.

One creature presented himself, festooned in assorted weaponry, to us. He was told that if we saw him again we would arrest him, put him on a flight back to the UK, and when he landed at RAF Lyneham the RAF Police would deliver him to the civilian police at Swindon!

Of course we had no power to do so, but he probably didn't know that, and buggered off "toute suite".

Would have been fun to see the look on the civvy coppers faces when the RAF provost delivered him to Swindon Police Station!

Yes this is not the first time I've seen this published. If true, though, it's as sickening as it gets. And if true, and if the authorities knew about it, why weren't the perps tracked down - the news articles give names of some of the Serb forces involved in letting the human hunter tourists take part, and who claimed this to be true. The UN investigators had the ability to follow up (though maybe not the initiative).

I'd prefer proof of who they were. Then turn the tables. The hunters become the hunted - for on-site dispatch.

Imagine the likely presence of various other nasty stuff that we are not aware of (some of which we will never be aware of) in various parts of the globe. Some at war zones, some at 'peaceful' locations.

He would never betray his tribe. There was a written report by the FBI about what they found in one of Epstein residences. Initially they reported to have found thousands of CDs in a brief case. Later they changed their story and said it was a mistake.
