Weekend Conversation Teacher

Featured Replies

Greetings to all.

I would like to teach English conversation around Bangkok during the weekends.

I am a 17 year old British/Thai student whom, during week days, studies at ABAC with a part time administrative job at an executive research firm in Silom. I have no teaching qualifications or experience, however I graduated secondary education within the top 25% of British students and have acquired higher tier English and English literature GCSE's from England. I have also taken the University of Cambridge IELTS English proficiency test here in Thailand.

Could anyone recommend an institute where I could teach English Conversation during the weekends? Or should I go private? Would anyone even employ me because of my age/experience?

Any thoughts regarding this scenario would be of great help and very much appreciated.

Thank you.

Jack.

If you think you're good enough for it, go for it. You may find that a few other Thais on the forum have taught English before- may I suggest a PM to Heng?
