Agree, and I'd only supplement for a reason, and I can't see supplementing for your blood sugar. Saying that, I do supplement with magnesium, and it gives me a better, uninterrupted sleep since doing so, and probably helps blood sugar a wee bit, but marginal. Better to simply control your added sugar and starchy carb intake. That's easy enough. Also take a multivvitamin, as don't eat nearly enough veggies in TH, or total food intake to meet RDA of everything. Probably piss most of that out, taking care not to take a mutivitamin with high amounts of fat soluation vitamins or minerals.
