hgma Posted August 26, 2007 Share Posted August 26, 2007 acctualy its not a law change from october 2006 onwards. it was there for everybody to see.....september 2004 !!!! Its just been enforced on 1 october 2006. no worries just for the record. It is new from the October 2006 law change. Do not believe the 3 month part has been enforced yet as Immigration is aware that most people would not know about it.
