I can get to it using my Samsung Galaxy, but its becoming next to impossible using a desktop. And god help you if you're color-blind. I'm not but the puzzles blend a figure into a colorful background and its difficult to even make out the figures

That's a good way to lose customers.

Why are you even engaging with Shopee?

Shopee app is great, much cheaper and better than Lazada, move with the times and use the app

Set the region to Thailand in the regional settings of the device and then download it.

It’s in the language settings in the app…

Trouble is the vendors are increasingly using QR code for payment when I happen to like "cash on delivery"

They have become the worst online store in Thailand as far as I am concerned. I used to shop with them and Lazada regularly without issue. Recently however (pretty much inline with the introduction of the "Idiot Puzzle" Shopee began to lose the plot. I now no longer order anything from them as they cannot even manage to complete a simple delivery.

The last four items purchased from Shopee have all been COD as two previously prepaid items were "Delivered" but not to me!

The last four on COD have all failed to reach their final destination. Every item has been flagged as "Delivered" but where the delivery was made is a bigger puzzle than that idiot puzzle.

After contacting Shopee, the only advice they gave was to reject the "Non delivered item" - which really confuses the delivery guy when he comes to collect the non existing package.

Waste of time, I will stick with Lazada, a little more expensive, but at least the items turn up. I will never shop with Shopee ever again.

Try Lazada, working fine for me.

Shopee is fair, unless you try to return something, or that item never showed. There is zero customer support.

I only shop there as a last resort when I can't find what I need anywhere else.

I agree with you 100%, but it’s not just that; Eight times out of ten I get a message saying the password is incorrect, and even then you have to go through all sorts of hassle to sort it out, usually with the same password, but sometimes you have to change the password again, and last but not least, when you order something, they make you wait four to five days, and then they cancel your order – a terrible company.

The reason you get captchas is because of a network setting that thinks you are a bot. You have some network setting like a VPN or something wrong in your phone’s network settings that is causing it.

The site is fine with my iPhone. Some items are cheaper on shopee, but some could be even higher price. I’ve had less problems with shopee sellers, but I do more shopping on Lazada, free shipping.

It's because your Playstore account is registered outside Thailand, or you are using a VPN

You need to collect “discounts” every time you want to do shopping. I never pay shipping for items above ฿50 (except some heavy or large items) items oitems less than 50 I usually buy 2 to make it over 50, better than paying for shipping. Elec/electronics parts no free shipping (some items yes)

I can use Shopee and Lazada both on my phone and desktop with no problem....If you have a problem like others have said its with your location settings...

Always order on your phone..Because that's where the free shipping vouchers are to be found...

Only rarely will you not be offered free shipping...It does happen, but not often.

If you use a VPN try disabling it.

I have been using SHOPEE alongside LAZADA for many years and have never had any problems. If there are problems, they could well be the user's fault and less the fault of SHOPEE!

But he can switch to Thailand, download the app and then switch back to his previous region. No problem at all.

Why does an 82-year-old have to give such advice?

Never had a problem with logins on apps or laptop for Lazada or Shopee for many years of using. Never had any problems with deliveries so just make sure your address is correct. Delivery drivers for the most part call ahead of time advising of deliveries. Never pay by CoD and on a few occasions where there have been problems with the item, refunds have been paid within a few days, mostly for items where the shop failed to deliver which is nothing to do with Shopee or Lazada. Recently had my first item broken on arrival. Followed Shopee's procedure for refund/return as explained, broken item was collected from my house a few days later and refund in my bank the same day. Really don't know why people have so many issues but I suspect self-inflicted.

As mentioned by others on past posts, I compare prices between Shopee and Lazada and choose the cheapest. I browse on my laptop, put items into my basket, then purchase through the app where prices are usually lower due to vouchers and promotions that are not offered on the websites.

Hi there. Used Shopee and the other for years in English. There is a thing to tick, Thai or Englsh.

That's another issue. I only order COD from Shopee as too often the delivery guy will just toss the package over the fence instead of calling me and delivering it. So now only COD - they have to interact with me.
