Or just eat fresh fruit. Save the hassle!

Do you make smoothies or buy them ? Why bother, just eat the fruit and yoghurt or what ever else you mix together.

    Nope, love living here.

I’m more curious where you live that’s so flawless. A utopia, is it? No drunks, no dodgy headlines, no locals behaving badly… just everyone sipping herbal tea and filing their taxes early?

Why do you have such a compulsion to post dispiriting content on this forum. That’s the question you should be asking.

I buy frozen fruit and add to yoghurt. Top with honey and protein powder. Don't make smoothies.

People are too embarrassed to post on the Mental Illness thread. No one is embarrassed about admitting they need to get into shape..

Do most mental people know they are ?

I don't know anyone that couldn't benefit from losing a kg or 10. I always have a spare 2 or 3, as never know when you might get stranded away from a 7-11, for days on end.

Read it's always better to have a few extra, than being a few light. What happens if the greenhouse or garden doesn't produce for a week 🙄

You mix them, but don't blend ... good God man, simply eat them separately. Are you mad ?

Oh well, out of here. This thread straying even further than original stray. Toronto is better ... to food ... to silly.

Here you go

Low fat riccota

Frozen cherries

Honey

Protein powder

Great snack!

That protein powder all over the top ... oh HELL NO.

I've been putting flax seed and Creatine in my blueberry & kefir smoothie, but would be grainy/gritty and off putting if I didn't blend it.

Creatine tastes like sand. Chocolate protein powder tastes like milo.

Yes. Not mixing protein powder in? That would be like eating dust.

But still in powder form ... nah, not a texture mix I would want to eat.

For me, there is no stigma attached to these things. It's more matter-of-fact. You can have someone who is quiet and withdrawn and someone who is quite demonstrative. Which, if either, is 'mental'?

Wouldn't that depend on what they're thoughts and or actions are, when in either state.

If a shrink analyzed me, I'd probably get committed, as sometimes, most times, I lack emphathy. Think that's considered top red flag for a sociopath omfg

If you are out there slashing people with a machete, that's a problem.

But clearly you do not lack empathy or you would have upped sticks and left the child on her own.

shh ... you're blowing my whole spin.

I do chuckle too many times on stories that I should have some compassion for. I'm pretty sure I'd shoot someone, possibly not necessarily for self defense, if threatened the slightest, or just pissed at someone ... IF I thought I could get away with it.

Thankfully, for the idiots of the world, that's next to impossible, unless completely random, which I'm not that nutty. So borderline sociopath.

That can't be entirely right. Atheist, so don't fear any heaven or hell consequence.

Well yes plus school shootings, gangsters, racism, high cost of living.

Edit - Only the US Masters, New Orleans and Kentucky Derby interest me. The rest I could skip.

Thailand - nothing special but fun and cheap. Lovely people. I don't like white people.

Could the planet thrive in new ways if we reexamined the impact of white people's actions throughout history?

I admire you for proudly wearing your mental illness as a symbol of strength and resilience.

You, in fact, are the original Rain Man of this board.

I am sorry, but the RainMan tag was long ago bestowed by me on you know who.

Several people here refer to him as such.

Please, get with the program.

I did take the liberty of following on from your use of the term 😊 Personally I think it a little unfair that they take all of the flak.

I thought I was blocked by you.

And you said you’re in Pattaya.

Is every single word out of your mouth just another twitchy, impulsive, autistic lie?

Gay as an insult. It’s great to meet the world‘s oldest living 14-year-old.

But you seem to enjoy arguing with them.

I see a lot of very white Thai people these days. Are they also a problem for you?

What colour are you?
