Shades of Covid. Jet fuel shortages will destroy tourism, and as a result, tourist spots like Pattaya and Chiang Mai will be enjoyable to visit again. I ❤️'ed Chiang Mai during Covid: to tourists, no traffic. The downside? Many business went bust. Gotta take the good with the bad.

I've a couple of pals that just do massage, as they want no interaction beyond sex.

Friends with benefits are rarely happy, and always push for more in the end.

Gogos and bars, you still need to pretend, chat, drinks, with no guarantee of sex, and they don't want that.

Massage or maybe the soapie joints is the way to go. if I was doing a do over in my lifestyle in Thailand I'd definitely go that route.

I can imagine most regular ex-pats in Pattaya welcome the slow down in tourist numbers after the Songkran holiday

Where most will be welcome in their watering holes with less foreign tourists around

That's always a nice and relatively quiet time in Pattaya, just after Songkran.
