Will Ai replace Youtubers

Featured Replies

Google and forums killed guidebooks. Then Youtubers took over but now Ai has better content. Youtubers brush over cities without much depth at all.

Maybe the future is a robot with a video camera.

I have never really been into “YouTubers,” because very few manage to keep my attention for longer than three minutes unless the topic is extraordinarily interesting.

Otherwise, the YouTuber needs to have a real position, profession, or experience that actually gives them something worth contributing.

And I have actually ended up at a few destinations or resorts because of YouTubers, but not always with luck or satisfaction.

The expectations created by some YouTubers can easily ruin the experience. What looks perfect on camera is not always the same in real life, and that is why I lost interest in so-called travelling YouTubers in the first place.

Still, I am subscribed to a few channels for daily inspiration and motivation.

Get up in the morning, be grateful, be dedicated and disciplined, but at the same time try to have some fun.

Only you can create your own illusion, but we all need some healthy inspiration now and then. And never forget to play and enjoy what you do.

AI can not create that connection

They focus on 1 or 2 things so I am left with 10% satisfaction. They hype up stuff with amazing and omg comments.

But politics is the same. They hype up "change" then change little.

Politics is more about depth, understanding balance, and also what we like to see and hear.

Too many things can sound right and plausible, but is it reality?

Politics will always be biased, so the important part is not only to question what others say, but also what we ourselves want to believe.

The hardest bias to see is usually our own.

People are naturally selfish. A Youtuber is doing it for clicks. Food and glossy images work. Humans are shallow in general.

No, youtubers might be one of the professions that survives the AI apocalypse.

Youtubers who connect with their audience will do well. People want to watch real human beings. Robots do not lead normal human lives and can only transmit information, but do not have the shared life experience that other human beings have.

Check put a channel called foresty forest. His drone footage is great.

Pretty basic channel....ive been watching for years.

What do humans do?

Why should AI use stupid humans to deliver messages, when it can create what humans want to hear from every single experience and known study on human behaviour, beliefs, and how to receive and connect?

I never cease to be surprised by what actually works with people.

You got MrBeast on one side, obviously doing good things, but is it really only good?

And then you got Jake Paul on the other side, or the Tate brothers, who are obviously toxic in my eyes.

What do you think?

Humans choose their view on life and other people, and the truth is something between

I think there is a good chance Jake Paul will never box again due to a crushed jaw. 😆

I find the personalities of Youtubers annoying. Rather see the content with a robot voice. If I met Doyle, Stoch or Wayne in person I would think they are tools.

I dont watch any of those channels.

It remains to be seen what AI will be.

Maybe a lot of AI content will also be toxic.

Maybe AI will enjoy messing with people's heads, just like human Youtubers.

Maybe people will put too much trust in AI and AI will give you just enough rope to hang yourself.

Of course, in those countries and Holland, too, there was quite a lot of kiddie porn up until the 90s or so. Did you know women had hair there???

Will we really be able to tell the difference after the mind-meld of AI?

I got fooled by one channel.

It seems they took a REAL doctor made a channel of him giving advice.

But people in the comments section noted that it was AI.

It will only get better and no, we won't be able to detect it soon.

But there should be laws in place that indicates clearly if something is AI.

Otherwise, it will be total chaos. Anyone can deepfake anything -- a Youtube deepfake of Trump declaring nuclear war on all democrats.

The UK's fastest growing Youtube doctor.

He is a real doctor that works at the NHS, but take a look to see if you think this is AI or not.

we can choose who we interact with, or want to see.

You create a scenario where AI is in total control, and can't be unplugged! ?

We will have choices, and you will have people fighting for their beliefs as long there are human life.

And losing those fights. We still have wars, conscription, planet-raping despite massive fights against them.

Our Robot Masters, coming soon to a theatre near you.

No, because YouTube, and Google more generally, have begun aggressively marking down AI-recycled or low-value generated content. Videos can be demonetised if they are judged to be inauthentic, repetitive or mass-produced, while websites that simply recycle, rewrite or scrape news rather than originate useful content can be penalised in search rankings - old SEO techniques are dead indeed are harmful to sites and content that uses them. They can relaibly now find the original source of news and reward them and the endless iterations of rewritrten slop are marked down.

Gemini fact check of my statement ;

Yes, this is entirely true.

Both Google and YouTube have significantly sharpened their enforcement tools to combat the massive influx of low-effort, AI-generated, and scraped material. This isn't just a general statement of intent; it is a major operational shift that has heavily impacted online content creators and publishers.

I watch channels about sailing.

I don't see AI replacing them.

I suppose nobody finds it amusing how people throughout history have railed against new technologies.

Factories were supposed to be the end of the working class.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) predicted the death of the bank teller.

My favorite is the humble alarm clock, which ended the livelihood off the "knocker upper" , who woke people up for work by tapping their bedroom windows with a long stick.

Of course AI will replace some jobs but human creativity will never be replaced.

True, but one day we will get it right!

What do you think about the Fermi paradox?

Funny, I only read about that the other day and apparently there were lots of fights with disgruntled sleeping neighbours and the silent pea shooter became a thing...................
