Did some research. It is offered as short term on Agoda. Seems to have indoor and outdoor pool.

Looks as cozy as a Soviet suburb.

You are about 2 years late with that info. Unlike in Thailand there has been zero new inventory because builders here hate losing money. So prices will go up again. In any case I can still rent out my condo tomorrow if I wanted to or when I move again. In Thailand it would sit empty.

Yeah, I will walk around various car showrooms deciding which car to buy depending on who is the prettiest saleswoman.

I hope that the Skoda saleswoman isn't pretty , as I would want to have to buy one of those

I liked the cabinet system for storage.

I believe the devaluation is going to be worldwide, the markets become so superheated in the past 10 years that it's bound to correct, and the correction could be quite significant.

I just met a guy from Canada who just sold up back home.

He doesn't look that old either - maybe early 40s.

He probably, without even knowing it, made a smart move.

Instead of continuing to slave away while the value of his home would probably drop.
