No refrigerator at your house?

Just noting the heavy draw items, and that's a stretch. Yea, 2 fridges, draw little, especially after 7pm. 2 laptops, and that's about it running over those 14hrs of no production.

Use 4+kWh 1700-0000 hrs, 2+kWh from 0000-0730 hrs, or something along those lines, with AC running overnight. Used as little as 380kWh one month, being as conservative as possible, 2nd month having ...

To 1000+kWh a couple month, and more than a few 800+ & 900+kWh months, but we have BEVs, and abuse the hell out of the ACs. Average over just shy of 4 yrs is about 650kWh a month.

@BarraMarra Not really expensive, unless adding battery for overnight, which, you don't really need, and ROI is long on ESS / battery. Should be able to do 5kw for under 100k, much cheaper if inexpensive components without long warranties.

A few members can guide you to cost effective inverters & panels. If you add solar, do use a hybrid inverter, just in case you, or someone else in the future wants to add ESS / battery.

I also have solar to generate power. I didn't install it for the purpose of boiling a kettle to make a cup of tea.

I use an electric jug or gas kettle for that.

Not making electric power, my solar panel heats water, and it's excellent for that job...thumbsup
