What about the thousands of British rapists, wife beaters, murderers, thieves?

I'm truly amazed and ashamed that so many people are more horrified about the ethnicity of criminals rather than the savage crimes that have been committed.

Its called looking after your own Avin. Call me racist if you want but overcrowding was not a problem before the influx of migrants and open borders. Would you accept an illegal who should not even be in the UK when he comitted a sex crime to be given a house next to you once he served his sentance or would you want him deported. I'm not talking about UK sex offenders, im talking about foreighn perps.

Britain is so broken that it is heading towards a civil war, after which it will become officially known as The European Republic of Islam. 😂

Labour are well on the way to fixing "broken Britain". It can't be expected to be fixed in 2 years.

The immigrant population of prisons has never changed. It's always been around 11-12% since records began. Look elsewhere to find a group to blame.

Oh, and here are links, you know - like we're supposed to give to back up claims, especially ridiculous ones. You should try it some day.

Like I said, you are paying more attention to the ethnicity of the criminals than the crimes.

I wouldn't want a sex offender living next door, full stop. His/Her ethnicity would be the least of my worries.

UK prisons have been over crowded for decades.

What are you digging for Avin ? Prisons must be built by whoever is in power, there are over 10,000 foreigners in British prisons now, if the government in charge be it labour, Cons, Lib dems or Reform removed all these once there sentance was over there would be 10,000 free spaces correct ?

Once their sentence is over, they will be let out. Just like the 10s of thousands of British prisoners.

Prisons are over crowded. There wouldn't be free spaces created, per se. There'd just be more prisons working at correct capacity.

We were told by variouse Home secretaries that foreighn criminals like illegals comitting seriouse crimes would be deported once there sentance was complete such as Dardin Hoxhaj an Albanian drug dealer deported in 2018 for part of a 750k drug trafficking opperation. He slipped back into the UK a month later by rubber boat. It took three years to track him down. Eventually the home office tried to deport him again but he won his case to remain in the UK. The ECHR ruled it would be to harsh on his family if he was deported, the most famouse case again an Albanian convict due for deportion won his appeal because his son would be no longer able to eat his fav Chicken Nuggets. There are more cases like this.

Once again you are cherry picking in an attempt to back your agenda.

You chose one case, although you don't actually provide facts, of a foreign criminal who won an ECHR cases against deportation.

However, you failed to mention the latest figures showing 5343 deportations of foreign criminals in 2025.

With members like you why should i take time to provide links you will ignore ir or call it fake. You know about this case and others but are pleading ignorence so from now on if you want to disprove it google it yourself.

You've never posted links. Only videos that you like because they fit your agenda.

I've not called anything false. I'm not pleading ignorance. I even referenced the case you spoke about in my last comment.

I've pointed out that you only tend to post what suits your agenda and ignore all other info that is posted, including the most recent links provided.

A link to a video is proof, plus it has to be an approved video by the team like U-tube not a dodgy website someone plucked from somewhere. Dosn't matter if its as you say just one case ones enough.https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/other/nigel-farage-posts-video-of-woman-who-slowed-down-to-swear-at-him-calling-it-karma/ar-AA28x57Z?ocid=socialshare. What exactly does an idiot driver have to do with this discussion?

Go and find links, not videos, to your claim. Let's have two, one from each side of the political spectrum, for a balanced view.

YouTube is not a credible source.

The chicken nugget case is well known so shouldn't be hard for posters to find.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/klevis-disha-ehrc-chicken-nuggets-appeal-b2942605.html

Correct. Most people know of the case only because right wing posters with an agenda picked up on the chicken nuggets. They don't read the case or even bother looking in to it at all, it just becomes "we need to leave the ECHR because it is lefty loony and stopped a deportation because the kid couldn't get his favourite chicken nuggets in Albania". See Bazzer's post for a perfect example of how these stories are pushed by the likes of Farage knowing that his disciples will re-post, pass it on, and spread it without doing an ounce of fact checking.

Bazzer said: the most famouse case again an Albanian convict due for deportionwon his appeal because his son would be no longer able to eat his fav Chicken Nuggets.

In fact the kid is autistic, doesn't speak Albanian, has hardly visited the country, has special dietary needs, and "complex and significant behavioural and other challenges". The ECHR Chair spelled it out (in your link):

“I think it is important when people are talking about human rights that they acknowledge the complexity of the cases that they’re dealing with, and acknowledge that actually, this is a case about a child.

“This is a case about the rights of a child who’s autistic and had sensory disorders, and where it was established that being separated from their father would cause them severe problems. And that was the starting point.

“I do think it’s important to recognise that that is difficult… balancing these things is not a straightforward question and sometimes there are hard decisions, but at the heart of this case was the rights of a child.”

But the likes of BarraMarra don't care about the welfare of the child, they just get all riled up and want the family split up because of the chicken nuggets. It is insane.

He probably thinks the EU banned bendy bananas too.

I think the primary concern is that the guy should be deported without doubt due to his actions, but this focussed on the rights of the child, not the father. The family would not necessarily have been split up as the child could have gone too, but the courts deemed otherwise. That is the insane part in this ruling.

Of course the press (on both sides) will create eye-catching headlines to make their case but the facts behind it don't change.

I don't think that's insane. The child could have gone too but it was deemed that a move would have been detrimental to his wellbeing seeing as he doesn't speak the language and has many special needs that are catered for currently. He has sensory issues, dietary issues, he is autistic. And let's not forget the child is a British citizen so his rights come first - going with his dad is not technically even a possibility, it would be deporting a UK citizen.

Nuggets aside the decision was taken in the best interests of a child, that is the key. I don't understand why the likes of Barra get so riled by that. (Well, no doubt it's because Farage or Yaxley-Lennon tell them to)

It's a video I'd previously seen. I don't understand what it has to do with being clever. Not looking where you are going is being stupid.

I guess you were deflecting.

No, that's not what I did. You are talking bol$#@s.

As you are with your second sentence.

A senior Iman was allowed to visit Rudakubana in his cell before he was transfered from Top Security Belmarsh Prison to Broadmoor a Hospital for the criminal insane. He will recieve and be allowed visits to multi faith Sanctuary in Broadmoor. He is not insane most are saying he is playing the system for a easier life than a top security prison where he is never allowed visitors, and the Governor of Belmarsh was likely glad to see the back of him. However if this monster thinks he is safe from fellow inmates he is a high priority target for the criminally insane inmates in Broadmoor where England worst offenders are held Such as Peter Bryan who killed and Cannibalized victims during Psychotic episodes.

He shouldnt be locked up he should be on a coucil tip with the other rubbish if i had my way. Its a waste of millions to keep it locked up. Could be spent on giving it to pesioners.

No, I haven't. However, I do know there is a large Bangladeshi community there.

I'm not sure of your point.

Incidentally, as a percentage, there are more Jews in Golders Green. Why do you not think there could be a Jewish Rabbi living in Buckingham Palace soon?

England's worst offenders aren't in Broadmoor. Criminals only stay at Broadmoor if they are deemed mentally insane. There are far worse criminals in category A prisons. You only need to look at notable inmates of prisons like Belmarsh, Franklin, Wakefield, for example.

Attacks by fellow inmates at Broadmoor are very rare, only two since 2004, and highly unlikely.

Peter Bryan is under 24 hour care and support.
