Yes, there should be a discussion about the levels and effects of immigration - including its' effect on the host's culture - and to do so doesn't infer racism, but to simply reject immigration because of the migrant's skin colour, as some do, does imply it.

Let's recap: You quote the following definition of English ethnicity,

in order to support your claim that there cannot be Black Englishmen. When I point out that by this definition Vikings, Romans, Normans, etc and their descendants cannot, therefore, be considered 'Englishmen' you have no counter argument for the simply reason that you are left with two choices, 1) redefining 'English' or 2) admitting that you are wrong. The problem for you is that either option opens the door to allowing the possibility of a Black Englishmen and that just wouldn't do, would it?
