Lets think about this reasonably.

Why are they not all over the cannabis news

Why isnt every single big grow offering them money etc

Pharma would be offering anything and everything

No pics of said product no high times interview or vice

Its just for fun

They just decided to tell you and keep it all hush hush from the world....sitting on a multi billion dollar discovery.

Yep totally believable.

Which is the same anticipation one gets about any other drug. Follow the white rabbit. Obviously.

Obviously dopamine produces a high.

Dopamine is NOT a psychotropic drug.

I repeat: Dopamine is not a psychotropic drug.

Neither is Dopamine a gateway drug.

Cannabis is a gateway drug.

As I say: cannabis is a gateway drug.

You may not like the fact; yet the fact remains.

i do use cannabis but i have absolutely no cravings to try illegal drugs.

Just because you found something about it on AI does not mean it is true!

Like many of your posts and your responses i have a feeling you are not living in a real world.

This has NOTHING to do with AI.

Stop joking.

This has been the concesnsus of informed science opinion for many decades.

Even the crazy Mormons know this.

All Pot Smokers and Tokers are liars.

This is what happens when one ingests psychotropic substances of this nature.

Even the crazy Mormons know this.

This topic is the poster child for why investing in Thailand is so risky. One minute they bring something in and allow it, the next minute it's a 180 and gets walked back... same goes for immigration rules and visas. Thai officialdom and government reminds me sometimes of a confused single woman with mental health issues at the wrong time of the menstral cycle trying to make sound decisions.

Thailand made a big mistake by not taxing weed when it was first legalized.

I doubt many non-smoking tourists care one way or another about the legalization here. There are so many different smells that one encounters walking down the streets in Asia that 'most non-smokers probably wouldn't even notice the occasional smell of the herb. You don't find a group of pot-smokers disrupting a restaurant, or staggering down the street at 3am, or starting fights with taxi drivers. That would be the drunks.

But the money lost to Thailand on sales is staggering, as marijuana sales are up all over the Kingdom. A small tax would generate huge income. Money from that could be used to install public toilets in tourist areas. THAT would improve tourism!

Don't licensed cannabis shops pay taxes?

Keep up to date! We are not in the 60s or 70s any more. Young people often jump directly to chemical drugs, without using cannabis first.

In particular in Thailand. The proof being that the rise in consumption of Yaba, Ketamin, ecstasy etc...occured before the legalisation of weed. The current path is rather to first use alcohol to party, and then to upgrade to chemical party drugs.

All illicit psychotropic drugs are BAD NEWS....

And, as we all know, many prescribed psychotropic drugs can be even worse....and....

Even more insidious.

What thsy say in thailand and what actually happens...we both know that is often very different.

So what happens going forward now that these new stricter laws legally came into effect on April 26 regarding extracts, and on April 30 regarding flowers for medical use only after being published in The Gazette?

Is there now going to be enforcement on users in possession of larger quantities of cannabis flower considered to be for recreational use, even though possession itself is supposedly still not illegal?

Can anyone with more than 30 grams of cannabis in their home, even with a valid medical use certificate, now be arrested and charged on suspicion of intent to distribute?

And can anyone with any homemade THC edibles in their home now be charged with possession of a Category 5 narcotic cannabis extract?

Also, if some disgruntled neighbor reports you to local law enforcement because they smell cannabis coming from your apartment, on suspicion of possession and causing a nuisance, can they now just search your residence without a warrant?

Or is everything basically going to continue as it has for the last 4 years, with little to no enforcement against individual users, while the main change is simply more shop closures along with more dispensary licenses not being renewed?
