How soon will it be before the Israeli colonisation of Southern Lebanon, a Palestinian and Xian homeland before the IDF rubblefied it? Rubble is much easier to bulldoze and build new colonies.

I doubt if you would want to put a nationality that was not of the country in charge of a security system.
