as clearly shown in the video the phone was lying right beside the cash register payment area....so highly likely it belonged to the cashier or an employee....also clearly shown was guy waiting til nobody was looking to slide back to area and grab the phone....if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duke it is probably a duck......if it looks like a theft like this obviously does it is highly likely to be a theft....it would take an OJ simpson juror to say no theft here.
