You love the power.

Yes, I've worked out with weights for 50 years, along with martial arts and I'm too scared to face men in an online forum. Asked how he stays here but no answers.

A decrepit old man that can outlift him at any time in his life and now at 69. In my prime a lot stronger than anyone he likely will ever meet.Too dense to understand he will soon be humbled.

He underestimates older men because he's too stupid to know we don't lose everything as we age. He has never met anyone like me in his life. if he did he wouldn't be talking like he does now. Keep assuming little twit, as your reputation slides deeper into the abyss.

If you want to ask a question, ask me directly, rather than funnelling the question via someone else or into thin air.

A narcissist likes to control because they have no control over themselves. They pick on others they deem weak, until they're put in their place and leave to find another victim. This is why he goes from member to member here, trying to act superior with that inferiority complex, putting down anyone who doesn't agree with him, although he's never been right about anything,

When you ignore him for awhile, he'll start a conversation with anyone else, looking for his cue to act superior once again, hoping they'll say something he deems wrong, so he can spout his version on the subject, wrong as it usually is, and when you eventually prove him wrong, which is quite easy, the insults will fly.

That narrative fits neatly into your thinking, doesn't it? 😊

But look a little closer...If I'm not paying and the girl is free and independent and chooses to stay, then whom am I controlling? That also indicates control over myself, doesn't it? That I don't roll over and pay for everything just so that I have someone...anyone.

Now the guys whose relationships are with women who are financially dependent on them, may have questions to answer. That's you, not me.

How does any of that not refer to you?

Seeing this comes up often here, members arguing with a couple miscreants that are only here to disturb others conversations, a lot of this does involve mental illnesses, especially narcissism. Avoiding their types, more so in person than just an online forum, is part of keeping your own mental health secure.

Toxic people ruin everything in life, with many of our leaders being part of this category and a large part of the problems worldwide because of these toxic individuals................https://survivingnarcissism.tv/deflecting-narcissist-2/

Learning as much as you can about them can help in your daily lives, and spotting them before you let them get too deep into your life is crucial for a better future, and I speak from experience there. This man, Dr. Les Carter, is one of the top psychotherapists around. Very congenial and easy to understand. I've listened to all of his podcasts, along with many others, and he's one of the best. Agree.

I will be avoiding any thread that IsmeUno posts in to preserve my mental health.

Or whatever is left of it after all the toxic individuals I've had to endure for decades.

Trying desperately to drag the OP off-topic, aren't you?

The topic is about the guys who pay to maintain a relationship. Not about your narcissism.

I think anyone who has been paying attention, knows the narcissist. Puffing and preening for 50 years by their own admission. Regularly regaling that no one has met anyone like him. Not ever wrong, only proves others are wrong. It's so obvious...unless you choose to turn a blind eye.

They target good people so you're not alone. The coverts are the worse, as you can't see them coming until they're under your skin. Then you have to make your way out.

Listen to this Allman Brothers song, Stand Back. Good tale

I recall once upon a time
Livin' was so easy and I felt so fine
My, my, my right before my very eyes
Satan came with fire to burn me
And wouldn't listen when they warned me

Dagger in my back
She's calling me honey wouldn't stand back
For neither love nor money oh yeah

Thirty minutes after my ship set sail
She put up a sign and my house began to wail
Why, why, why I couldn't see it in my little girl's eyes?
She had such a way to fool me
Lord a way to fool me

And I would ask the woman
"Can you find it in yourself to please stand back?
You ain't gonna rule me" Oh yeah

Just when all began to fade
I reached out threw the ace of spades
I put her on a train to the Everglades

Now that it's all over and gone
Somehow I just don't feel so alone
Why, why, why It seemed like such a waste of time?
She did not ever seem to know me
But now it's much too late to show me

But if I ever see that woman
Walkin down the street I'll just stand back
And try to move away slowly oh yeah..............https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZM4hMwAKYQ&list=RDPZM4hMwAKYQ&start_radio=1

I don't try to hide, as you can see. I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I don't hold back simply because there are fragile men amongst us.

When people are hurt by their parents by abuse and or neglect, ages 0-5 being the most important ones for development, they turn into these types, toddlers with adult bodies. Smarter but childish, like two in a sand box and one takes the toy away, the other having tantrums until they get their way.

If it continues, as it usually does, into the teen years, they become more angry, and things like this past week's shooting sometimes take place. They're the bullies in school, as they can't take their anger out at home for fear of more of the same, so they pick on the weak students who can't fight back. Then they enter their adult years and become wife beaters or worse.

They can be charmers until they get a person hooked, then will inevitably tear them down, replacing them when they get bored, and sadly, it's almost always a decent person they hook, as another of their type wouldn't let themselves be targeted by one of their own. Their actions are the lying part, along with the BS thrown until they get what they want. Nasty business.

Why are you so often referring to others as "it"? Something that you pick up from bar girl culture? Don't be ashamed, tell us.

You don't seem to be able to create posts longer than a single line. Just a repeat of the same nonsense every time.

It doesn't take a leap of the mind to understand why you need to pay for companionship. Such a riveting conversationalist.

Men who refuse to pay for romantic partners while believing other men do often face specific labels in modern dating culture. They are commonly called "cheap," "freeloaders," or "sandal boys" in regional slang, while internet discourse often labels them practitioners of "scrote behavior" or financial minimalism.

Common Labels and Terms

  • Cheap or Stingy: General terms for someone unwilling to spend money.

  • Freeloaders: People who expect others to pay their way or provide free benefits.

  • Low-Value: A modern internet term used by traditional dating coaches to describe partners who offer no financial or supportive input.

Why They Think This Way

  • Different Dating Rules: They choose modern, 50/50, or strictly separate finances.

  • Social Media Echo Chambers: They follow online groups that teach men never to spend money on women.

  • Disbelief: They assume other men only pay because they are foolish or being used....

  • The Real Truth About Relationships

    • Shared costs: Most modern couples split rent, food, and dates to survive high costs.

    • Open talk: Healthy partners talk about money and what they can afford together.

    • Different setups: Some pairs split 50/50, while others divide bills by income size.

    • Value beyond cash: Strong partnerships rely on teamwork, care, and mutual respect, not just money.

AI, wordy? Really?

Refuses to pay for romantic partners? 😊 Come on wiggy, this is embarrassing for you? Surely?

Trying to justify being a simp 😊

We pay for each other. We take care of each other.

Equal.

Romance on both sides, rather than a performance fuelled by money.

Your trying to portray equality in an extreme bipolar manner, only hurts your argument. Be reasonable, if you can.

Come on @fredwiggy ...think about it. Why didn't you see it? Were you too busy puffing up and preening your own ego?

I don't get myself in those situations because I don't flatter myself. That's how I can see through the likes of you and...

It's you who tries to control everything. You cannot cope if it ain't your way. So you pay for exclusivity.

The question was directed toward the internet which is not a “me”, “I” or a “you”. Anyway, why would it concern you if you were truly a man? Or a woman for that matter.
