Unfortunately everything is going to AI in many if not most companies that can afford it. I have not had many problems with Lazada and if I do they seem to be resolved fairly quickly. The driver does just call let it ring once and hang up. He still shows up. It just makes me wonder if Lazada doesn’t pay for their phone bill. If not I’d call and hang up as well. We are just in the beginning of the AI takeover phase and I think it’s going to become a real mess, especially for us, (older ones) who are used to being able to speak, or at least email a real person. The world is changing fast.

I have new informations today : this morning I read that my new package arrived to LEX, so I decided to go and take it myself ( warehouse is 16 kms from my home ) , to avoid tomorrow the same message as above ( too busy )

so I found very easily my pack at the warehouse ( 3.am ) and bring it back home

and now , i read on my computer for the same pack " [LEX TH] will attempt to deliver your package today " so it means that the pack is in the driver's car and that he will call me

unbelievable, the pack was in the warehouse and I took it myself

so their computer system is completely crazy ; people who don't know, just wait for the driver"s call but in fact , the pack is still in the warehouse : so far, three weeks ago, everything fine and now , noting works

in the warehouse, very quiet , 3 people worked quietly , not so many goods as if everything normal

I have noted that in my case, " delivered " is not written yet , I wonder tomorrow what happens ? maybe " cancelled " 😀

Lazada is still mostly ok for me COD a must.

I did recently got screwed over for 50 baht ordered 4 bits got 3 bits not worth the

time though I did message the seller via the ridiculous AI chat feedback thing that has never answered any of my questions on my PC it only works on a phone if at all. 🤮

Returning was my problem. I could not verify my identity since there was no PP option, Thai ID only. Now I do risky shopping with no return from Shoppee.

Shoppee return money to my wife's bank account.

I only use shopee nowadays and always COD the deliveries normally occur with no issues via SPX or less commonly flash . Although occasionally when delivery has been assigned to a different driver than the regular guy , I may get a message that delivery has been attempted and failed, ( due to me not answering the drivers call) and will be attempted again the next day,

There was obviously no attempt to make a phone call but delivery always occurs the next day when the usual driver is back

Yep it's a PITA if you need customer service for bigger ticket items, i tried to contact Dunlopillo, utter garbage customer service, avoid. Thats AI and people, still garbage
