As long as you are a citizen of a country, you have a right to live in that country, no matter where you were born. That's a concept that goes back to Greek and Roman times. The opposite is also true. Those who give up citizenship in a country no longer have a right to live there.

Jews who acquire Israeli citizenship through the Law of Return have the same right to live in Israel as those born there. In any case, about 80% of Israel's Jewish citizens have been born in Israel. That's a higher percentage than the percentage of Palestinians born on Palestinian territory as opposed to those born in neighboring countries or the rest of the world.

About 21% of Israel's citizens are Arabs born in Israel. Under Israeli law, they have as much right to live in Israel as Jews.

Wrong. The initial funding that America provided for the Mujaheedin, who fought the Soviets had a fairly significant impact with the formation of subsequent terror groups.
