I am married to a Thai woman and we have been separated for 1 and a half years now.

She is causing me a lot of distress and is even trying to take my Thai house which is in my friends wifes name and I have a lease on it.

I also have a new partner also thai who has recently given birth to our daughter.

I am currently working in the Uk .

Is it possible for me to divorce her from here.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
