The American Football new season 2007-2008 is ready for kick off in its regular season with play to last over 17 weeks to end in December. After the end of the Super Bowl eight months ago, the 32 teams from the NFC and AFc will again get ready to start another round of competitions while trying to improve on their past seaosn performance. Last season the teams that made to the playoffs were all quality teams.

Tue.11 Baltimore @ Cincinnati 06:00 (64)

That's directly from the Truevisions site. As some of you probably know, the Truevisions schedule for September initially showed ONLY the USA's Sunday afternoon games that we get on the Truevisions sports channels. ESPN Star has decided not to broadcast NFL games on its Asia network this year!

Well, many protests later, it appears that Truevisions has listened to us. They have apparently inked licensing agreements that will allow them to broadcast the games that used to be carried on ESPN Star on the True Sport channels (3 & 4).

The Truevisions website is a MESS! There are contradictory schedules on various pages, and the "search" function comes up blank for "NFL" and "American Football". But it APPEARS, from the above notice, and a press release that was published in the Bangkok Post, that we WILL be getting those prime time games here on Monday and Tuesday mornings (and the Thursday night opener tomorrow morning).

With all of the confusion and contraditory information posted on this, I guess we'll just have to wait until tomorrow morning to know how ... umm ... TRUE this is. But I'm optimistic, at this point.

Still no MNF.

So far, it appears we will receive 3 games a week; 2 Sunday afternoon games and SNF (Sunday Night Football).

Looks like a giant step backwards from previous years.
