Hi,

We all know for a visa to be granted you need to show that you have a job, accomadation for the applicant, and to clearly show you are, and having a relationship.

But what are the most common reasons the embassy say when refusing a settlement visa?

I am about to go through the same process & yes I am scared as my girlfriend (soon to be my wife) was refused a visitors visa in the spring.

I would be interested in a full reply to the original posting. thanks.

not known each other long enough ,i.e meet july married august apply for visa september

also i would say that if they think you are not telling the truth its a no no straight away
