Likely declined but they look at how solid the person who is going.

The application should be determined on the circumstances as a whole. Providing that either the visa applicant, the sponsor, or a third party has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the intended trip, that aspect of the Immigration Rules will be satisfied. There is no requirement for the sponsor to own his/her own house or to have any other assets.

what you will need is a letter off your land lord just quoteing your lease and that your a good payer, also make sure you can get your hands on your pay slips, i showed about 6 months and same bank statements

as long as you do all the leg work and dont rush things you will be fine

I am homeless in the UK also. When I took my wife there for a couple of months a few years ago I just got my father to to write a letter saying that we would be staying with him and that his house was big enough etc.

So not owning your own place should not be a problem. Satisfying them regarding the other criteria is more important

Showing there are sufficient funds is important but showing that the Thai person has sufficient reason to return to Thailand is just as important.
