thanks a lot Humphrey Bear! Not exactly Pattaya, but since I'll be in BKK on Monday anyways, it's still of great help!

bearGuess that costs me a bear beer on Wednesday....

I'll be in the chair for the first rounds, so don't worry about it.

I only know Central in Bang Na out of that list, and even then I cannot recall if they have bits to replace.

I do prefer Delsey, even if they're French, because I know that I can get replacement parts at any time, anywhere, even if I have to e-mail their European outlets. They always come through.

UK repairs and replacements were in Windmill Lane, around the Greenford area.

If you strike out getting the bits locally, try their website. I had a Samsonite/American Tourister suitcase combination lock break. They sent me a free replacement in 3 days. This was in the US but if you have someone in the US that they can ship it to, then maybe you can work out a way of getting it sent on to you here?
