Hi to all, I would like to say thanx to every one who give to me the rights advices, expecially to Scouser.

On last 7 september I finally got married with my thai g/f and 2 weeks later we got her EEA family permit on her passport valid untill april 2008. Now we are already in the UK.

I would ask to Scouser how we can apply now for the residence permit in the Home Office, which documents we have to provide and which application form we have to fill.

Congratulations. In order to apply for a residence card for your wife, you need form EEA2. The BIA is currently taking approximately six months to consider such applications.
