I watched it on Channel 3 and went to bed at half time (chin strapped!) we had them at 1-0 and though the ruskies where a lively bunch, I thought we could contain them on that plastic pitch.

So on switching on internet and pretty stunned at 2-1 result.

What a constant mystery to me is that English premiership players on on 90k a week just cannot keep hold of the ball! we just give it back to the oppostion every time!! What did Bill Shankly say about "losing possession of the ball is the biggest crime" or similar!!
