Times for the finals have been moved up from 4 pm to 2 pm to try and avoidthe afternoon rain. This announcement was made just after everyone left the stadium on Saturday after  the last games.

FIVB website says 1:30 for start time to get the crowd there before it starts, but seeing as how the crowd was told 4 pm the whole day Saturday, I think the crowd will be lighter than expected.
