But the question is...how are you going to carry it? If you pack it in your luggage and check it through then that will be ok if it does not break but very risky, otherwise you will have to dump it in the garbarge as you go through immigration in most airports. Rules for most airports do not allow the carry on of any liquids that have not been bought after immigration/security.

Last month returned from USA (flight arrived at 1:30 in the morning) WITH 2 BOTTLES OF FINE SCOTCH WHISKEY A few boxes of cigars. according to the customs web site one bottle (1 lirtr of booze) & 750 milli gram of cigars allowed duty free. wanted the booze & cigars more than having to pay the duty so did not try to smuggle. went to the green line(items to declare) at BKK customs & woke the officer on duty up and told him what I had. He seemed annoyed that I disturbed him and motioned me to the red line (nothing to declare). Explained to guy at the red line & he smiled, laughed, and let me thru saying mai Pben Rai. did i get lucky or did I impress them with honesty?
